The estate is located in an ecologically clean area of the Adler district foothill zone, at an altitude of 300 meters above sea level, 8 km from the coast on the road to Krasnaya Polyana. The Vinegrower’s Estate is a residential estate on the southern slope of the mountain land which is fully dedicated to planting a variety of local and imported half a century ago grapes varieties such as Ojaleshi, Gatchitch Circassian, Chune (Ox-eye), Riesling, and Muscat.
At the estate, you can try homemade wine and Kuban cuisine. In addition to wine made from their own grapes, Krasnodar wines are offered to taste. They conduct excursions to the vineyards and tell about the history of viticulture and winemaking in Sochi district, the specifics of growing grapes in humid subtropical conditions, and how to look after the vine. Depending on the time of year, tourists may participate in doing simple tasks such as watering, weeding, and harvesting. During the master classes, guests are taught how to make kozinaks, jam, and churchkhela and how topick figs. The wine tasting is accompanied by assorted appetizers including local cheeses and smoked mullets, which are smoked right there. Visitors can take a direct part in the process themselves, and then eat or take home the fruit of their labors.
In the tasting shop, tourists are offered products of local farmers: churchkhela, tea, honey, cheese, matsoni, fruits, vegetables, berries, spices, as well as home-made canned products (jams, juices, compotes, tkemali, adjika).
